Starlink ? Useless ... no sense to download it. Subaru team ! You are a japanese company ! How you can have this old tecnlogy in your cars ?!? I can't belive it. Please upgrade the starlink with apple carplay

Very disappointing app. It basically does nothing and has almost no content. The user agreement is about it. Subaru makes great vehicle but is so far behind the competitors with technology like this. Wow

Words cant quantify how bad this is .....Subaru just adopt CarPlay and allow current owners to upgrade so bad Im either selling my 2016 Subie or yanking the audio system to get one with CarPlay , havent decided

This app is very poorly made and dont even deserve 1 star. I hope my car components are designed with higher quality standard.

As the title and other reviews state- useless app. Does not do anything as Subaru claims.

I just got a 2016 Crosstrek on April 26th& this app ever works when connected. It freezes never made it past connection… why could they not just put Apple CarPlay in the vehicle? Like the other reviews dont download waste of time.

Please allow us to have CarPlay, instead of this steaming pile of ... Subaru can give us EyeSight, but also gives us this? They are not even trying.

I never review apps, but i will make exception for this one. This is not an app, its a joke. I hope all who made this were fired. Do not install this crap it is slow and useless.

Why make an app that doesnt do anything?

I did not find any use of this app. It has nothing. Why would anyone connect their phone with a cable and get updates on their car with some clicks. Its better to ask Siri for weather and songs. This app does nothing. Bad one

I have literally NEVER written a review about anything in my life, but today is the day. I dont know anything about app development, or even care to know, but this app is the single-most useless piece of crap Ive ever used. It literally does nothing. I read a bunch of reviews and still had to see for myself. I actually chuckled out loud when I opened it. Absolutely ridiculous. Zero stars.

First off, Im absolutely head-over-heels in-love with my 2016 Subaru Outback, but this App is ridiculous. It is such a waste of time! I open the app and it just stays sitting at the dark black and blue Subaru background..... It wont even load for me to even attempt to log in and try to sync to my phone... I even contacted Subaru and they said to contact to contact customer services... Not seeing what good that will do considering they cant update the app!!!!

Downloaded this at the dealership when buying my new WRX. The sales rep even commented that I had just wasted my time because the app was dreadful! Holy crap SOA fix this junk.

The dealer was insistent that this app was necessary. After installing I can see the dealer is either A: is clueless of what is necessary (not likely) B: Trying to drive up numbers for app use (my guess) Like others have stated their car (in my case a 2016 Forrester) is a great car but the app is a waste of storage space on IPhone absolutely no need.
